Level 0: No talking while another person is talking/ raise your hand for permission to speak.

No food or drink allowed except during small group celebrations (water bottles are okay).
How many reminders does a student get before they need to check-in with their small group teacher?
3 reminders- after the 3rd reminder, you will be asked to take a break and fill out a reflection worksheet or have a check-in with your small group teacher.
What should I do if I need something during small group?
Ask for permission/ do not reach into cabinets without first asking.

True: Before you signed up for small group, your parent/guardian had to agree for you to come here.
True or False: Ms. Joan and Ms. Mendoza have only taught older students at Oak Ridge (4th-6th grade).
False: Ms. Joan and Ms. Mendoza have also worked with 1st-3rd graders.
Only one person is allowed in the calm corner. The time limit is 5 minutes maximum.
How do you earn a spot on the Wow Board?

False: We have learning fidgets that you can ask for if you need them. There are also fidgets that are only allowed in the calm corner and those that are only allowed during free time.
What do we do before we leave small group?
Clean up: Put binders away, pick up trash, etc.
