As long as your membership account is still opened, a request can be submitted to e-services team to move the deposit over as a one-time courtesy.  If you're calling on the day your deposit was expected, you must notify us before those deposits are sent back (before 10:30 am) before the effective date of that deposit.

All ACH files are loaded into COWWW daily.  In COWWW, select REPORT - TCCUS all reports and enter LN_LDFLE in the Report Code field.  ACH reports are generally the first 4 reports listed for each day (Mon - Fri only).
