Fun Fact: The Captains Cupboard was founded by our Honors Society here on campus.
You call them when you are locked out and there isn't an RA on duty, you also go there to get new ID's when you have lost yours.

These are fire hazards and aren't allowed in the Res Halls
What is Air-fryers, Open coil heating elements, candles, high voltage appliances, extension cords without a surge protector?
This is the team of students who plan and host events.
Who is CAT?
CAT stands for the Campus Activities Team.
this person helps you sign up for classes, makes sure you are on track to graduate, and is the go to person for anything class related.
Who is an advisor?
Fun Fact: Every student has two advisors, a faculty and a pathway advisor.
This person can provide you with case management services to help with:

What is ARC/Ellen Culberson?
ARC stands for the Advocacy Resource Center and the person in charge of the ARC is Ellen Culberson. She is located in the Student Life Building.
You can contact this person by going to their office during Business Hours, or you can email them. They serve as the person in charge of the Res Halls.
Who is the Resident Director (RD)?
Our RD of SPH is Jillian Toce.
These are in effect from 10pm to 10am, Sunday-Thursday and 12am to 10am, Friday & Saturday.
What are Quiet Hours?
This is the department that oversees all clubs on campus and you can email them to start a club.
Who is Student Engagement?
This is the local library on campus that you can go to, to study, print stuff off, take out books and more.

These people give you mail, let you have access to our pool and ping pong supplies and sometimes handle lockouts.
Who is an SLA?
SLA Stands for Student Life Assistant
The only pet you can have in the dorms is a fish in a 10 gallon or less tank unless it is approved by Student Accessibility Services (SAS).
What is an ESA?
ESA stands for Emotional Support Animal.
Service animals and emotional support animals must be approved by SAS prior to bringing them to campus.
This is the building that houses Student Engagement.
Where is the Bay Building?
this office helps you with academic accommodations, credit accommodations and housing accommodations.
Who is SAS/Student Accessibility Services?
You can go to this person for answers to your questions on sexual health and relationship, wellness, sexual assault, dating violence, stalking, domestic violence, and supportive measures/resources. And it is all 100% confidential.
What is the CRA/Gwen Walsh?
CRA stands for Confidential Resource Advisor.
These are people that you need to register to have in the dorm halls and you can't have them in your dorm for more than 3 days in any 14 day period.
Who is a Guest?
Multiple sign-ins of the same guest by different hosts to circumvent this policy are not permitted.
Guests are not permitted to be in possession of a resident’s student ID card at any time.
This is the student government on campus. They make decisions and implement ideas regarding college policy and student life. They oversee clubs and other student organizations. They plan and run activities for the student body. They also Advocate for the student body students regarding issues that are of concern to them.
Who is the Student Senate?
This building houses a few pro-staff members.
Where is the Student Life Building?
This is a collaborative group of professionals dedicated to supporting students through academic performance struggles, personal stressors, and/or mental health challenges. By meeting regularly and using expert assessment tools, they create personalized intervention plans to help every student thrive.
Who is the Care Team?
No concern is too big or too small. You can submit a referral for yourself or someone else as needed. The Care Team will reach out to the student to offer support in 1-7 business days.
