First in first out, left to right, counterclockwise, or just organizing by expiration dates.
What is rotation?
A guest is allowed one free remake during their visit if they aren't satisfied with their smoothie for any reason.
What is smoothie satisfaction guarantee/our promise?
The disposal bin for guests that should be checked more frequently, especially with smoothie bowls attracting more walk-ins.
