The classroom must be organized, allow space for presentations, small group work, computer interactions, informal reading area, and tables. Must be used for different activities without rearranging.

The challenges are different at every age level. There are different students from different backgrounds who need different things. Working with all students to make sure their basic needs are met daily is noted as THE greatest challenge.
