Groups become teams when participants show a willingness to work together to achieve a particular goal/objective.
This term refers to how individuals are expected to behave. It is the expression of values.

This method of conflict resolution is considered a "they win, you lose" approach.
Accommodate
The inner workings of teams and the processes involved when individuals interact can be described broadly by this key term. It is quite dynamic!
