An emotion that can come with uncomfortable physical sensations (i.e., racing heart, trouble breathing) and is usually accompanied by worries about what might go wrong
What is fear (or anxiety)?
Sticking with a situation on purpose despite feelings of anxiety. With practice, we are able to accept these feelings as safe and part of the process of challenging our anxiety in the short-term to reduce it in the long-term.
