To make a friend, be super silly when they are trying to talk to you.

False. It's fun to be silly sometimes with friends, but other times it's important to be kinda serious. If our friend is talking to us, we need to be kinda serious so we can listen to them and show them that we are focused on them.  Being silly during this time could be rude and they may not want to talk to us then.
