Declaring war- the formal authority to declare war against another nation. Pay government debts- The responsibility to finance government operations and pay its obligations. Controlling taxes- the power to levy and collect taxes from citizens and businesses. Impeachment Power- The authority to bring charges against and remove government officials from office.

 -You have to have a law degree and experience beforehand. 

- There is no citizenship needed, but you need to know the United States law. 

-You have to be appointed by the President of the United States, which has to be approved by congress
