The northern central areas of the mainland United States. These states are Ohio, Indiana, Illinois, Michigan, Wisconsin, North/South Dakota, Minnesota, Iowa and Missouri.

Made up of the House and Senate known as the Congress. They make the laws.

materials or substances such as minerals, forests, water, and fertile land that occur in nature.
What is a landform?
a feature on Earth's surface that is part of the terrain. Ex's include: Mountains, hills, plateaus and plains are 4 types of major landforms. Minor includes valleys, canyons, etc.
What is a compass rose?
a circle showing the principle directions printed on a map or chart
