This treaty allowed settlers to move west and take the Native Americans land. The Native Americans were paid in this treaty. Chief Little Turtle signed it.
What was the Revolutionary War?
The Revolutionary was between the British and the settlers. The Settlers did not want to pay taxes on tea or other goods without representation in government. They also wanted to move anywhere they wanted.

The place where the settlers decided to fight was an area that a tornado tour down all the trees. The settlers beat the Native Americans in this battle leading to the Treaty of Greenville.

They went to defend their stance on staying on the land they have owned for generations. They won and got to stay for a short amount of time until the Indian Removal Act.
