Only one! As long as it is done to completion.
Where does the ice scoop go at the end of the night?
Hanging on the hook in the ice machine!!
If a customer pays and says 'keep the change', where does that change go?
Into the tip jar! NOT back into the drawer
If someone has never been to our store before what should you do for them while taking their order?
Walk them through the menu! Give them a rundown of everything. You are the expert!
What do you do after youve done a task to prove you did it?
Send a pic of it completed in the groupchat!
What do you do with the mop water after mopping the floor?
Dump the water out!! Please!!
Do you include the rolls of coins when counting the drawer?
YES!!! count everything!!
Should you say "is that it" or "what else can i get for you"

How many free treats are you allowed while on shift?
None! You can use your employee discount on treats, but none for free :(
When should you check the bibs?
At the start of every shift!
If a customer is paying with cash, you open the cash drawer and then they change their mind and want to pay with card, what should you do?
You need to void the order! Call Taylor or Jake for help.
If a customer calls or comes in upset with something and asks to speak to a manager, but one is not in the building, what should you do?
Ask to take a message! Take down their name and phone number and give to me ASAP! If they want my information, give them my email, NOT phone number!
Where do you put a drink you messed up?
Pour in the sink then throw out cup! Do not put liquids in the trash can
Does sweeping the floor nightly include the back of house?
Yes! Please sweep everywhere I beg
