What is the organizational pattern of this paragraph?

In 2020, I went on a family trip to the beach that I’ll never forget. First, we packed our bags with sunscreen, towels, and snacks on July 15th at 8:00 AM. Then, at 9:30 AM, we drove to the beach and set up our spot near the water. By 10:00 AM, my brother and I were running into the ocean, feeling the cool waves splash against our legs. We spent hours swimming, building sandcastles, and collecting seashells until 2:00 PM. Finally, at 4:00 PM, as the sun began to set, we packed up and headed home, tired but happy from such a fun day.

What is the organizational pattern of this paragraph?

The old tree in my backyard is one of my favorite places. Its thick, rough bark is covered in patches of moss, giving it an ancient, weathered look. The branches stretch wide, forming a canopy that provides cool shade on hot summer days. In the spring, bright green leaves sprout, and birds often make nests in its sturdy limbs. Beneath the tree, the ground is soft with fallen leaves, and it always smells fresh, like earth after a rainstorm. The tree stands tall and proud, a peaceful spot that I love to visit whenever I need some quiet time.
