What is the process to refund a request for N/980 Class 1?
Customers bank carries over througout the year, and automatically cashes out as an on bill credit with the March cycle bill. Once the credit is applied to the account, you can issue a refund following the normal process in KB and selecting CT-SOLAR REFUND as the Reason.

Can a group host get a refund?
N/A. Group hosts are set up through DOE. The customer would have to reach out to them.
How to process refund for ALTNM?
If under $600, process refund in C2.
If over $600 advise the customer that we must receive the W9 to complete their refund request (if applicable)
Once received vendor code is noted email NHCogenbilling to process refund.
What is the compensation for N/980 Class 1?
RT-LMP = Real Time Locational
Marginal Price set by ISO-New England as hourly
clearing price of electricity.
How do you process a refund for a Netting customer?
Customers on Netting tariff are not eligible for a refund unless the account has been closed/customer moves.
Will auto refund if credit available when account closes.

What specifics qualify Cogen and ALTMN for a refund?
For Cogen- must have over 600KWH in bank and will get a letter if applicable to them.
For ALTNM – Only if they have over $100 in credits as of March

N/A –group hosts are set up through the DOE.
What is the compensation for a Netting customer?
Based on application year. Current retail rate plus:2023: $0.0318 REC payment
2024/2025: $0.00 REC unless customer qualifies for low income or distressed
What is the process for Buy All customer?
*These steps only apply to Buy All customers who receive on bill credits * Customers who receive on bill credits are eligible for a refund once per calendar year. The first cash out has to be at least 1 year from initial PTO, and the following cash outs can only be issued yearly thereafer. Refunds are issued as normal in C2 using CT-SOLAR REFUND as the Reason.

Can a COGEN customer get a refund because they are moving out?
No, these credits stay with the site. Will transfer to new customer.
If we have notes of a previous W9 / Vendor code – do we need a new w9 for refund?
No, if we have a previous W9 in notes, it's the same annually, note the account and take proper action. (refund or email cogen)
What is the compensation for Buy All? Who can I email to confirm?
Based on application year (REC’s are included in pricing):
2022/2023: $0.2943/kWh
2024: $0.3189/kWh
2025: $0.3195/kWh

Do we refund the amount on the letter?
No, we refund the amount available at the time of refund NOT what's on the letter.
Do we need to speak to the COR to process refund?
YES - For both CT and NH, in order for us to issue a refund due to Net Metering, we must speak to a Customer of Record. Third parties are not eligible to request refunds due to Net Meter credits.
What is the process to refund N980 NON class 1?
