Served in rocks glass with lime boat on top of ice- glass will not be all the way full. Add Lemon heart 151 to lime boat. At table, ignite the rum in the lime boat for long enough for the guest to be impressed. Do NOT let the guest handle the glass AT ALL until flame has been fully extinguished, which we will do by smothering the flame with a coaster for about 3 seconds. Instruct guest to dunk their lime boat into the drink so there's no risk of reigniting the flame.
