No, you should be doing one task at a time, then documenting.

Yes you do.
What time should you be arriving to check in with the mentors before a day shift?
7:20-7:25
After EEP training, are you allowed to help with oxygen administration?

A nurse asks you to take vitals on their patient receiving blood products every 15 minutes, do you accept or decline?

When can you return to work after calling in sick?
No vomiting or diarrhea within 24 hrs
What are the break allowances for 8, 10 and 12 hr shifts?
8= 30 mins x2
10 = 45 and 30
12 = 45 mins x2
You completed your EEP and the nurse asks you to help insert a foley catheter, do you accept or decline?
You can help :)
How many times can you take the NCLEX ?
max 8 a year with 45 days between each attempt
list all of the restrictions
-after 24 hrs post op/admission
-alert and stable
-change in status
-within 24 hrs of an incident (falls, code etc...)
You receive an email regarding a potential influenza A exposure on your unit, how do you proceed?
You read and fill out the return to work self isolation form and an OHS exposure form.
You just had education for two hours and Bonnie forgot to bring timbits. You're feeling hungry, do you take your break when you get back to the unit?
NO !!!!!
Your nurse is rushing and asks you to assist with patient care. After you finish she leaves the patient's meds at their bedside and asks you observe them take it. Do you accept or decline?
You decline.
You can offer to assist them in other ways ex: look after their other patients.
How far do nurses walk on average on a 12 hr shift?

What is the procedure for calling in sick ?
-report absence through Vocantas and to mentors
-provide 4 hrs notice for evening shifts and 2 hrs notice for a day shift
-if anticipated to be longer than multiple shifts, call every day absent and inform of estimated leave required
When you punch in, what other action should you be doing every shift?
Check your versus badge battery.
You overhear an extern volunteering to help a nurse take blood while supervised. Should you intervene?
