What is the procedure for completing a chlorine water check?
Turn water on 15 minutes before check.
Let sample port run for two minutes.
Fill 100 mL sample cup and dump 3 times
Check strip exp. date.
Swish strip for 60 seconds, flick off excess water. Fold, check after 20 seconds. Must be below 0.1 ppm.
What is the proper call-in procedure if you need to miss work?
