Who are the parents and/guardians?
Students who qualify for special education services must be between these ages in order to qualify for services.

What is Parents?
This is the last part of the IEP. When it is signed it makes the IEP the official plan for that particular child for the coming 12 months. When parents sign it they are agreeing to the placement.
