YES! You will continue to write goals until that area is no longer a need (based on the assessment presented at the triannual)
On the Statewide Assessments form, is read aloud and text to speech basically the same thing?
Nope. If you select read-aloud you are saying that the student cannot access the test through the use of headphones and you will need to read the entire test to them
The parent signed the Notice of Meeting by hand but all other signatures were electronic. What should I do?
Upload the Notice of meeting to SIRAS. Print out the entire IEP, single sided, paperclipped, and send everything to Claudia.

There must be imminent risk of serious harm to the agitated person or someone else.
There must be no other way to prevent harm without intervening.
The risk of not intervening is greater than the risk of intervening.
The annual IEP is due on 1/4/2024. Is there an extension (pause in timeline) because we are on winter break?
NO! The timeline does not pause, we still need to adhere to the due date.
The timeline will only pause for an initial evaluation because there is no annual/reevaluation due date and ONLY if the break was in excess of 5 days.
