Steroid Hormones; they are fat soluble which make it easy to pass through the cell membrane and cause changes anywhere

Why would the ground level in which something is thrown effect the angle one should throw it at?

Because the changes in height cause a change in the length that the object can be thrown. When the ground goes up you have to angle to object more up in order to make it up the hill. Whereas when the ground goes down you have to angle the object more down so it goes further across the ground without going too far up.
