You are free to recycle the tank with any of our retailers but we are not able to give any credit towards the purchase of a new tank. Rhino on the move has been discontinued.

Mo's Market is non SBT. They must remove and replace the lock with their own.

What is the return policy for Blue Rhino?
After validating the sleeve code, Consumer can return the tank to any Blue Rhino retailer for a free exchange. The tank should have the word "return" written on the label.
The fire marshal came by and said my cage is in violation of XYZ, I need this resolved.
Document as safety/fire marshal for ops to review. If they have a copy of the violation have them send in a copy to wecare.
I placed an order for home delivery and I haven't received it yet, when can I expect it?

How long are tanks good for?
Without defects tanks are good up to 12 years from date of manufacture and a visual requalification every 5 years after
This is my first call but I've been out of product for 2 weeks, when will my delivery be?
We will be out to you as soon as possible.
Why is my tank not full?
Blue Rhino puts 15 lbs of propane into the 20 lb tanks. Inflationary pressures, including the volatile costs of steel, diesel fuel, and propane, have had a significant impact on the cylinder exchange industry. In 2008, to help control these rising costs, Blue Rhino followed the example of other consumer products companies with a product content change. We reduced the amount of propane in our tanks from 17 pounds to 15 pounds.
