How many valid forms of ID should we verify with every customer prior to creating an account?
We must verify at least two forms of ID. One being a valid States drivers licence or picture id and the other can be a debit card or any document with the same name as ID.

you can check planogram on the plano binder by asm dest but you can also access my sprint store and click on the planogram or new planogram tab to view and print.

You try to fix it first and if cant be fixed you notify the manager with issue or you can call real estate help desk @ 1-866-676-5444

How should you properly complete an eticket?
You should access the account through front office.... Check what the customer currently has and is eligible for....Click on the eticket link and take the battery of the device off to verify liquid damage and or to make sure its the right device activated on account.

How do you complete a hard reset for and HTC EVO 3D?
With the handset off: 1. Press and hold Volume Down and then press the Power Button 2. Release the Power Button and keep holding the Volume Down button until the HTC recovery screen 3. Select Factory Reset and press the Power Button to accept If the proper procedures are followed and then the handset does not go to the HTC recovery screen and boots up immediately, go into the handset and turn of the fastboot mode or pull and then replace the battery.

on my sprint store...type in lit number on search bar....add to cart based onnumber needed.... tender to cost center....(lit number can be found on bottom right corner of brochure or display)

clean glass....check for cpni....restock accessory walls....charge all phones....clean all phones...leave blinds open....vaccum....take out trash....clean break room....reorganize chairs....dust...control+alt+delete on all computers....reprint price tags that are needed.

You go to find item in RMS and under the name search you type %phone model and a list off all items related to that model will appear.

How do you complete a hard reset for a Matorola Photon 4G?
With the handset powered off: 1. Press and hold the Volume Down Button and then press the Power Button 2. The handset will boot up and display Fastboot on the top left corner of the phone 3. Use the Volume Down Button to scroll thru the options until it reaches Android Recovery 4. At the Android Recovery screen press the Volume Up key and the screen will display Entering Android Recovery Mode 5. At the screen with the Android Icon and Triangle press both Volume Up and Down keys to Enter the Android Recovery Screen 6. Use the Volume Down key to select wipe data/factory reset, press the Power Button to confirm 7. Another Confirmation screen will appear. Scroll to Yes – delete all user data, press the Power Button to confirm 8. After the data has been wiped, the reboot system now option should be highlighted.

how do you verify pricing for phones and accessories?
For phones we must print out the handset hotsheet off RSP and for accessories pull up the accessory wall price tags and wall. Will also be located in the planogram binder.

when completing a direct ship for a customer, what step should we follow to make sure it is done correctly?
we must first check to see if the device is available in store or in a store around us....if not we check to make sure it is availale for directship....click on directship box....but most importantly always verify that the address is correct before we tender.
