What is precon?
Precon is the process of preparing for conferences to arrive. With precon, you are prepping registration cards and placing them into their respective cheetos with their room cards.
What are the two purposes of sweeps?
1. To make sure the room is vacant (post-checkout)
2. To make sure the room is prepped (pre-checkin)

The bed number is used to assign a space in the room to a specific party. It does not pertain to having to choose a specific bed, but helps us keep track of who is in the room.

What is MDS vs. MRS?
MDS is Modular and Data Services. They cover room configurations and furniture within dorms.
MRS is Meeting Room Services. They cover the tabling for conference guests.

It means that the emergency button was pressed in the respective RA room
