Being on Time.

Sprout Brooklyn Staff should be on-time. Camp is packed day and we need everyone's help to stay on scheduele.

Dress Code

Staff are required to wear a Sprout Brooklyn T-Shirt everyday. Dress is for comfort and being able to get messy and have fun with campers. 

Staff should be prepared to swim with campers every swim day!

Paychecks and Reimbursements

Staff are paid every two weeks. Staff will not be reimbursed for anything without prior permission.

Masks

Masks must be worn: Transportation, Inside, When in a Large Group

When outside with just your pod, masks can be taken off.

Attendance

Sprout Brooklyn Staff are expected to work and be at camp everyday of their contract. If you fulfill that and have perfect attendance, you'll receive an end of summer bonus of $200.

The Pool!

Testing

Staff must submit negative COVID tests prior to the start of each Session.

Bring a Lunch!

Staff should bring their own nut-free, Kosher Style, Dairy (NO MEAT) lunch everyday. Food cannot be delivered to camp.

We are ALL learners and educators! Ask questions, seek out new ideas, explore new topics. Be open minded. Share your own knowledge and experiences!

Phone and Pictures

Phones should only be used in emergency situations. Campers should never use your phones. 

Staff are NOT permitted to post pictures of Campers.

Daily Health Check

Everyday before arriving at camp, staff must submit a daily symptom check either online or on the app. And have their temp taken before entering the building/bus.

Abuse and Inappropriate Behavior

We are caretakers of Children and hold the responsibility of their safety. 

All staff have the right to feel comfortable and safe at Sprout Brooklyn.

We ask staff to follow best practices to help keep our community safe. Mask wearing, distancing, avoiding large indoor gatherings.

Supplies and Property

We are guests of RTW and the BASIS school. Our obligation and responsibility to take care of all supplies and facilities. Treat them with respect. Cleanliness!
