Being on Time.
Sprout Brooklyn Staff should be on-time. Camp is packed day and we need everyone's help to stay on scheduele.
Dress Code
Staff are required to wear a Sprout Brooklyn T-Shirt everyday. Dress is for comfort and being able to get messy and have fun with campers.
Staff should be prepared to swim with campers every swim day! One piece bathing suits.
Health

Paychecks and Reimbursements
Salaries will be split into four pay periods. Staff will not be reimbursed for anything without prior permission.
Masks
Maks are optional but highly encouraged. As per our COVID protocls, this may change based on recommendations, new mandates or postivie COVID cases within groups.
Attendance
Sprout Brooklyn Staff are expected to work and be at camp everyday of their contract. If you fulfill that and have perfect attendance, you'll receive an end of summer bonus of $200.

Not permitted at Sprout Brooklyn. Immediate end of employment
COVID Testing
Staff must submit negative COVID tests prior to the start of each Session, Rapid or PCR are acceptable.
Bring a Lunch!

We are ALL learners and educators! Ask questions, seek out new ideas, explore new topics. Be open minded. Share your own knowledge and experiences!

Phone and Pictures
Phones should only be used in emergency situations. Campers should never use your phones.
Staff are NOT permitted to post pictures of Campers.
Travel to Camp
Need help getting to camp? Let us know! Please don't ride a camp bus without prior permission. Talk to Andy our Director of Operations.
Take Initiative!
Your camp experience will give to you what you put into it. Give it your all and gain an incredible experience!
Camp is for the Camper
Our #1 job is to create an amazing experience for the campers! Staff should always have that in mind. Camp is for the Camper!
