What's the Lease abandonment fee? How do you break the lease? 

The lease abandonment fee is two times the monthly rent.


The resident would need to submit the a 45 day notice to vacate and pay the abandonment fee the same day. They are responsible for all utilities and rent for the remaining 45 days.
