Lake Michigan is the only one that doesn’t touch Canada. They other four are shared by the USA and Canada and form part of the boundary between them. They have different heights above sea level. Niagara Falls is between Lakes Erie and Ontario. The St. Lawrence Seaway is a water way between the Atlantic Ocean and the Great Lakes.
