Contact the Courier/Seller: Immediately reach out to the courier company (e.g., SingPost, DHL) or the online seller to verify the exact delivery details, obtain proof of delivery, and initiate a formal lost parcel inquiry from their end.
Report to NTU Campus Security and Hall Office: If the courier confirms delivery to the hall, you should then formally report the missing item to NTU Campus Security Division (CSD) as a lost or potentially stolen item, and concurrently inform your Hall Office/Management for their internal investigation within the hall premises.
