Special Sunday where we honor the West Indian Heritage of our parishioners and indulge in island cuisine. St. Luke's Sacred Steel usually plays the entire mass during this service.

He was an American sociologist, socialist, historian, and Pan-Africanist civil rights activist who was the first African American to earn a doctorate from Harvard University and one of the founders of the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP) in 1909.
