In the past only students with IEPs could use these, but now any student can use them during the STAAR Reading and Writing tests. You may want to practice with them beforehand.

The use of these by students during testing is absolutely prohibited, and should be taken up or put away and turned off until testing is complete.

This is the only person who can answer a test question. This person must also remain seated during the test administration.
