What is hold on subject visit tracking? The normal institution guidelines for updating subject statuses and visit tracking in OnCore will be on hold during the downtime but will resume when the downtime is completed. At that point, all updates that occurred during the downtime will have the normal update windows applied as outlined in Research - Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS) Policy, 13709.

Who is CBO? The Invoice Aging Report allows the GCAs to view invoices that are past due. To be past due, the invoice must have an outstanding balance and an invoice date that is in the past.
The downtime procedure for GCA and ORF invoicing and payment workflows in OnCore.
What is WIP tracker? When an urgent invoice needs to be processed during an OnCore downtime, the GCA will use the WIP tracker to communicate to ORF that an invoice needs to be generated in Lawson. When notified that the downtime has ended, the GCA will be responsible for adding the invoice into OnCore for the appropriate study, using the “L” legacy notation for the invoice created. This notation will not send the invoice from OnCore to Lawson since it has been manually processed in Lawson.
