What can you use the soaps for?
You can use them for showering, shaving, bubble baths or just for washing your hands
What does soothing cream do and when do you apply it?
Reduces redness and discomfort after waxing, helps sooth the skin

Whats three things on the waxing/tinting client card?

What the best way to use the soaps?
The best way is using a loofah, place it into the jar and turn it once and that will be enough to cover your whole body
What does lycotane do and when do you apply it?
Helps remove any oils, dirt, bacteria or make up from the area about to be waxed.
It is to be applied before any waxing
Either grab Anita and tell her what is happening.
Or Advise client that we are unable to perform the service due to them ticking yes and to organize a consultation with Anita

What is pre wax oil for and when do you apply it?
Pre wax oil helps protect the skin, to avoid any ripping/ tears. It also helps as a slip to the skin for easier application or removal
This oil is to be used before any waxing, after lycotane but can be reapplied throughout the waxing process
What does the training consent form do?
Make the client aware that the therapist providing the service is still currently training and that they wont hold Beauty by Anita responsible for any adverse effects that may come of the service
What do we do when we have no clients? Give me 3 things
Clean, go through cleaning list at the desk
clean wax pots
scrub floors
clean windows
What happens when clients have used Alpha hydroxy acid (AHA), retinol or glycolic products
Using these products can cause skin sensitivity as they are chemical exfoliators. Clients need to cease using these products at least 1 week before getting waxed.
If they don't, they run the risk of increased sensitivity, burns or rips to the skin
