Teachers are expected to arrive at school by 7:30 a.m. We are given a 15-minute grace period before being marked late.

Email is the official communication channel. WhatsApp is optional, however if you choose to create a WhatsApp group, you must add your HoD to the chat as an admin.
What are the office printing procedures?
Prints needed for the day are to be sent in before 7:30 a.m. No last-minute prints will be accommodated.

How many personal days are you allowed per school year? Explain the process of applying for a personal day.
You are allowed 5 personal days per school year. The process includes notifying your principal/HoD at least 2 weeks ahead of time. In case of emergencies, you must notify as early as possible. You are also responsible to leave everything in place for your students.
Explain the process for parent visits.
Any parent wishing to visit their child's classroom/teacher must schedule an appointment with the teacher ahead of time. Classroom visits throughout the day are prohibited.
What is the process for incident/accident reports?
For a minor incident/accident, fill out appropriate forms and send home after school + notify parents.
For a more serious incident/accident, notify HoD and contact parents immediately then fill out appropriate forms to send home after school.

How many sick days are you allowed per year? What's the process we need to follow?
You are allowed 16 sick days per year. You must notify your HoD before 7:00 a.m. and send in work/instructions for your class.
Who is your immediate contact at school in regard to anything school/classroom related?
Your immediate contact should always be your HoD. If your HoD is not available, you proceed to contact the principal.
If an accident/incident occurs during a session that's not your homeroom, what should you do?
Report it to the homeroom teacher.

How many lates are you allowed per cycle? What is the process to follow if you will be late? What is the consequence for exceeding your limit for tardiness?
You are allowed 5 lates per cycle. If you will be late you must notify your HoD as early as possible and share how late you will be, if possible, so that necessary arrangements can be made. Exceeding your limit for tardiness will result in warning letters. After 3 warning letters, you may receive a salary deduction.
All teachers must follow a few steps before sending out an email to parents. What are those steps?
Teachers should have their HoD proofread before sending and also attach the HoD and Principal to the email when sending.
You should report it to the HoD.
