Having reinforcers and fun activities on the table

Prompting used is most intrusive to least intrusive
What is PECS phase 1?
When the learner displays interest or excitement in a person/object and you relate the object to the current targets
What are teachable moments?
You should review and initial this when working with a new client

This is avoided when transitioning and learner is participating in a behaviour
What are full prompts?
This should be done at the start of every session with the learner or when you have not worked with the learner in a while
What is re-pairing with a learner?
Prompting starts with a 3 second wait or a hand out, then becomes more intrusive if needed

When a learner can preform a behaviour that is functionally equal to the behaviour that was taught
