Greet every child that enters your space by name, create a safe and fun environment, notice that these kids are going through things in their home lives and that affects their behavior in club, take the time to ask what's up and how are you doing today? Take the time to get to know your kids, have great customer service, disciplines when needed, uses attention getters, carries the go bag, clipboard, staff binder and walkie with them at all times, comes to work prepared and gives their best all day long, is happy to be here with a good attitude, manages the room and leads programs appropriately, reaches out when they need help or are feeling burnt out
