When Leo tells Archie how he and Stargirl are being shunned, Archie responds by saying, “Poor dolphin. Caught in a tuna net.” (Page 100). Explain this metaphor.
The shunning was aimed at Stargirl, Leo is spending a lot of time with Stargirl in and out of school, as they are boyfriend/girlfriend, therefore Leo is getting shunned too.
Would you recommend Stargirl to others? Why or why not?

Wisdom, mentor, maverick, encouraging critical thinking and learning. The adult who sees all that's happening but doesn't get involved.

Why was Leo’s comment “Are you running for saint?” hurtful to Stargirl? Why would that question be hurtful to you?
