Cancelled. Requisitioning activity authorized cancellation in response to materiel obligation validation (MOV) request furnished by processing point.

Canceled. Requisitioning activity failed to respond to MOV request from processing point.
What is BS?
Requisition or requisition alert is being processed for direct delivery procurement. Upon completion of necessary procurement action, additional status will be provided to indicate action taken. ESD is in rp 70-73.
What is BZ?
Rejected. Unable to procure item requested. Item is no longer produced by any known source and attempts to obtain item have failed. If requirement still exists, contact appropriate S/A technical organization for assistance or, if substitute item is known, requisition23 that item
What is CY?
Requisition is for controlled substance/item and requisitioner and/ or ship to address is not an authorized recipient. Submit a new requisition32 on a DD Form 1348-6 furnishing intended application and complete justification forthe item.
What is D8?
One or more of the following fields have been changed: Stock Number (as the result of a formal catalog change). Unit of Issue as the result of a formal catalog change). Requisitioned part number has been identified to/replaced by the part number reflected in the stock number field.
What is BG?
Requisition or requisition alert item procured and on contract for direct shipment to consignee. The contract shipping date is entered in rp 70-73. Cancellation, if requested, may result in billing for contract termination and/or transportation costs, if applicable
