physical- if you are angry and stressed, working out and being physically active can help spiritual- if you don't believe you have a higher purpose or you are anxious to figure out what that is-that can cause worry/stress. academic/career- if you are angry/stressed, you may not be able to focus in school or at your job. intellectual- when you are stressed, your brain does not function properly; you may make poor choices emotional- stress and anger are emotions social/cultural- you may not want to be social if you are stressed/angry; some friends can affect your mood and can cause stress/anger; cultural anxieties with not "fitting in."

When you put yourself in a relaxed state of calm; sitting/laying in a relaxed state, clearing your mind of worry and stress; listening to a guided instruction to soft music while closing your eyes and relaxing. It can release feelings of tension, worry, anger by focusing your energy on light and positivity.

If you have a positive Body Image, you are more likely to have more Positive Self-Esteem; and if you have a negative Body Image, you are more likely to have low self-esteem.

How does the food you eat affect you in your daily life?
Making poor food choices that make you unhealthy can lead to low self-esteem. Foods high in sugars and fats can slow you down and take your energy. Eating more Organic veggies and fruits and less processed foods can give your body healthy nutrients, which will lead to higher self-esteem, and help you to live a longer, happier life.

When you are getting angry, it can be like a pot of boiling water- you start getting more hot, steaming and forming bubbles, sometimes you boil over.
