No, you will set yourself up for failure if you sell them a partial plan and expect them to make all the necessary exchanges. They are perfect candidates for a flex plan.

How is a value exchange different from a ticket for ticket exchange?
Value exchanges use the value of a ticket or tickets to exchange into a greater or lesser number of games. Ticket for ticket exchanges are simply moving a ticket from one game to another. Reps cannot make ticket for ticket exchanges.

If a STH cannot see their tickets in their Ballpark App, what's the first thing you should ask them to do?
Refresh their ticket wallet.
This can be done by swiping from the top to the bottom of the screen or by clicking "refresh" in their ticket wallet.
What is the biggest difference between MyTickets and the Ballpark App?
You cannot exchange tickets on the Ballpark App.

What happens if an account does not exchnage out of a game in time? Explain.
Missed Game Replay. Unused tickets can be reactivated for Sunday-Friday games (excluding Yankees and Phillies) for a fee. This can only be done online through their MyTickets account or at the ticket windows.
What is our resale policy for Season Ticket Holders?
Accounts cannot sell more than 50% of their tickets on the secondary market.
