Our FD will assist when needed. But the best thing to do is to fill out the registration form before it makes it to FD. This will help prevent people being charged the wrong amount or under the wrong person.

As soon as you get the lesson sold you should add them to scheduler. Not only is it important in order for you to get paid. But it also helps the FD and FA team when we have members who would like to purchase lessons. This helps us better understand your availability and we are able to schedule more lessons.
A child is hurt in the pool, you are the only adult in the aquatics area. What do you do?
Get all children you are working with out of the pool, assess the situation and report it to the Club Manager and Aquatics Coordinator.
