The person checking in!!
No matter what you happen to be doing, if you hear the door open, make sure to welcome in the guest, make sure they scan in and have no messages on their account.

Who has to fill out a guest waiver?
Any one who is a non member. Every Time.
It does not matter if they have been to the Club before or even earlier that day. If someone comes in and is not a member they must fill out a new guest waiver each time.
When is it okay to give any Pricing for any Department over the phone from the front desk?
NEVER!!!
Do not give any pricing over the phone. Direct the call to the correct department or an FA if nobody happens to be available from the correct department.
