Valued Guest Card, Gift Card, then credit card. Valued Guest Card is a fixed amount and one time use. It DOES NOT get returned to the customer. A gift card is a fixed amount and reusable. This card CAN be returned to the customer.

Scenario: A customer enters the drive lane and says they received the wrong food. How should we handle this situation?
Apologize and let them know we are sorry about the mix up. Retake their order and be sure to clearly read it back to them. Communicate with the front grill cook about the recook, communicate with the manager about the situation, and communicate with pay window that the customer in that car has a recook and will not need to pay.
Explain the tomato prep process from start to finish.
Print labels, Wash hands, wash tomatoes and place in clear bin, wash hands and put cut glove on hand holding the tomato, set out inserts, core tomatoes with small side of corer, slice tomatoes and place into inserts, put on second cut glove, disassemble slicer to W/R/S and parts before reassembling.
What is lockdown? How often does it happen?
Lockdown happens three times a day. First, from when the manager arrives in the morning until the morning checkout is complete.
Second, is in the afternoon between the day and night shift.
Third, is from 10 pm through the rest of the night.
It is very important to not exit the store during morning lock down and DO NOT open the Backroom door when the sign says LOCKDOWN IN PROGRESS.
If IN-N-OUT serves Coca-Cola products why do we have 7 UP and not Sprite?
In 1978 our warehouse caught fire and burned down. 7 UP let us relocate our operation to their warehouse while we rebuilt ours. We continue to serve 7 UP as a sign of respect for them being there for us all those years ago.
