I’m used to notify of absences, read-up on documentation, and receive informal communique.
What is When I Work?
I’m both software and hardware, and I’m used to let people into the museum.
What is Clover?
We don’t hold the guests’ hands due to cooties, yuck! But we should still do this every time someone enters the space.
What is Greeting/Welcoming Guests?

What is the Badging Office?
I’m a font of knowledge, and in a pinch I provide contact information for inquiring guests.
What is the Binder?
You should probably do this if you notice a guest touching the NJ Map, or going into an exhibit without using the kiosk.
What is Approaching/Helping Them?
Parking in NYC can be a nightmare, but in NJ it’s a dream...sometimes. When events are happening at Metlife, we are instructed to park here.

Some guests expect this when going to a museum. We may be self-guided but sometimes it's OK to offer this for guests.
What is a Tour?
GEICO can save you money on your car insurance, but being an employee at the mall can save you money on dining and retail. You can check your discounts on this app.

What is a Nametag?
Unless used for an emergency, I shouldn’t be visible.
What is a Cellphone?
Daily Double!!!
A guest did not receive their content from an exhibit. Assuming they already checked their spam, this information is needed to further assist them.
What is Date/Time/Entered Info/Inductee?
We’re often asked about mall information from patrons, but sometimes it’s best to direct them to this group of mall staff.
What is Guest Services?
My brother David inspired me to get into music, and we'd go on to help form the rock group now known as The Rascals.
