The relationship between User and Application Software. Users are to use features of programs or application software that were specifically designed to allow users to perform specific tasks. Without Application Software, the users cannot do anything in the computer system. For example, if the user requires to type a letter and format the text then Microsoft Word will be the best choice of application software to enable the use to type and format the letter.

The relationship between Operating System and Hardware. The Operating System is the most important software that runs on a computer and one of its main function is to manage hardware. Therefore, without the Operating System the hardware will not be able to operate properly and accordingly to what it requires for it to perform. The differences between Input devices and Output devices. The input devices such as keyboards, scanner, microphone are used to send data to the computer while output devices such as monitor, printer, speaker are devices used to output or display information(processed data) from the computer to the users. Without input devices, there will be no data for the computer to process and to output some information for the user.

As people has gained access to significantly improved technology, better access, far cheaper mobile phones services, the pace of change in the Pacific has been extraordinary, I hereby suggest that governments, policy-makers and private sectors start running educational activities to educate people properly to slowly adapt to these changes as it has benefitted Tonga and PICs over the years. If there is No Power, it means that power cable are not connected or there is a power supply failure and another failure is when there is nothing on the screen. This can be a failure of the monitor or the connectors to the monitor are not properly connected. These PC boot-up problems need to be properly solved in order for the PC to function well.

Window OS manages the hardware and software resources of the system. These includes the processors, memory, disk space and so forth. I suggest that details of Window Operating Systems should be included in the school curriculum starting from Form 1 so that student should be awared of the importances of OS to the overall operations of the computer system.

People tend to have easy access to more and more online services and conduct business marketing and selling of products and services. It is important for countries to develop proper legislation, policies and regulations to manage the use of online resources or even run public awareness for the people to understand the positive and negative effects of the internet and how to use it wisely.
