Step 1. If fraud claim check on the old card in TCS and see if it was placed there


Step 2.  Credit Card - Review, Edit or Cancel a Credit Card Dispute under detail revision state either the claim was notated that a provisional credit would be applied but has not been or that it was placed onto an old card and needs to be moved to the new card.
