Yes, the eye can grow. It will get longer to put the retina in the correct place to see well in a dim room. This will cause your full light vision to become blurry.

Smell. Your brain determines if the smell is good or bad. Example: Chocolate chip cookies smell good, so your brain tells you to eat them. Spoiled milk smells bad so your brain tells you not to drink it.
