What is our Wax Pass cancelation policy?
If within 30 days of purchase, you will be charged full price for any passes that were used and issue a refund for the remaining balance! If its after 30 days of purchase, you will be charged a $25 cancellation fee as well as get charged full price for any used passes and a store credit will be issued for the remaining balance!
