Yes. Helping another student cheat is also a violation.

Where should your cell phone be kept during class and lunch?
Inside your backpack.
What type of clothing are students expected to wear to all school events?
Business casual attire.
Where must a student be signed in or out if they arrive late or leave school early?
The front office
Are students allowed to work together on an individual assignment if the teacher has not given permission?
No. Individual work must be completed independently unless the teacher allows collaboration.
Are students in Grades K–10 given tests on Mondays?
No. Tests are not given on Mondays.
When are you allowed to use your cell phone during class?
When the teacher approves it for an educational activity.
Are hats and sunglasses allowed during the school day?
No, unless requested by a teacher or coach.
What are two reasons an absence may be excused?
Illness/injury
family illness/death
religious holiday
or an approved educational absence
What happens after a student’s first Academic Integrity offense?
Teacher will issue a zero with the ability to redo the assignment with reduced credit. Parents will be notified. Exception: For Final Exams, there will be an automatic zero.
What happens if you turn your work in late?
15% off the first day
10% each following day until the grade reaches a zero.
What happens the first time you are caught using your cell phone when you are not supposed to?
You receive a verbal warning.
What happens the first time a student does not follow the dress code?
They receive a verbal warning and a reminder of the dress code.
What happens if a student has 5 or more absences during a 9-week term?
The student will be required to meet with an administrator.
What happens after a student’s second Academic Integrity offense?
Teacher will issue a zero with no chance to redo the assignment. Parents will be notified. Student(s) will be directed to administration and may receive one day of in school suspension.
What must happen if a student receives a D or F on a test?
The test must be taken home, signed by a parent, and returned to the teacher the following day.
What happens if you continue to use your cell phone after already receiving a warning?
Your phone may be confiscated until the end of class.
What types of clothing are not allowed because they are considered too casual or revealing?
Pajamas, sweatpants, overly casual athletic wear, tank tops, crop tops, and short/revealing clothing
What happens if a student continues to be tardy two more times within the same month?
3rd Tardy - Parent Contact
4th Tardy - After School Detention
5th Tardy - In School Suspension for 1 Day
Does a student actually have to complete the act of cheating to receive a consequence?
No. Attempting to cheat is also a violation and can result in a consequence.
What happens if I get a D or F on a test, my parent signs it, but I forget to bring it back to school?
The teacher may call or email your parent.
What happens if you repeatedly break the cell phone policy?
Your phone is confiscated until the end of the day and your parents are notified.
What is the dress code policy on friday?
WHATEVER WEAR may be worn on Fridays, for a $1 contribution which goes directly to the Student Clubs Fund for student activities. If you choose not to participate, a normal school uniform should be worn.
