Suspected Abuse/Disclosure

In a situation where a student is unsafe Program Admin AND CAS immediately

  • Call Program Admin immediately
  • Document as an Incident Report being as detailed as possible
  • Contact CAS if necessary.

Inappropriate Behaviour

Inform the participant that the online session has ended. Contact Program Admin and file incident report. Program Admin will follow up with parents and will inform you about next steps

Witness to Accident/Injury

Ensure that the participant is safe and encourage them to seek the help of a parent/guardian

  • Notify Program Admin immediately
  • Admin to follow up with parent via phone call
  • Document as an incident report
