What are Sharps/Needles?
A friend says they bought pills that "look and smell just like the real thing," but you’re worried they could be fake and contain fentanyl.
What is “warn them about the risks and encourage them not to take them — and tell a trusted adult”? Inform them that fentanyl does have not have a smell, taste, or look, and only a small amount (less than a penny and pencil tip) can be fatal. Try to provide a fentanyl test kit.
